Success stories

From aggression to lead pulling, from puppies to rescue dogs, from Chihuahuas to Rottweilers and all crosses in-between, I have experienced all sorts of problem behaviours. Read more about my methods in these testimonials from some of my dog training clients.

Florence the Beagle

Florence the Beagle
We had Florence from a puppy and relied on treat rewarding which was just giving us an overweight, grumpy and unresponsive dog.

Bob the Jack Russell

Bob the Jack Russell
After only two sessions with Sally, the improvements are notable and people comment that he is a “different dog”.

Ozzie the Labrador Cross

Ozzie the Labrador Cross
In himself he seems a much more happy and relaxed dog, and is learning that being a follower rather than a leader will make his life much more enjoyable and stress free.

Bran the German Shepherd

Bran the German Shepherd
We got in touch with Sally as we were lost as to what to do. Since our two sessions Bran is a different dog. He has changed dramatically, he is chilled at home, no more destruction of our belongings.

Archie the Labrador

Anne and Archie
He is a changed dog; still some issues need to be addressed but all in good time. It is a joy to see Sally working with a dog and the way the dog responds.

Barney the Bulldog

Barney the Bulldog
When staying with my family, he ran straight after the village priest, jumping up and bearing his teeth. VERY EMBARRASSING!

Nana the Border Collie

Nana the Border Collie
You have taught us some very simple but effective skills that allow us to communicate with our dog as a dog and she is so much calmer and relaxed now as a result.

Rosie the Labradoodle

Rosie the Labradoodle
I could hardly believe it - the first time Sally came to our home our lives and our dog's life changed. Sally's quiet assertive manner and behaviour and using very few words had our dog lying quietly on the floor.

Sonny the Labrador and Frankie the Jug

Sonny the Labrador and Frankie the Jug
I contacted Sally having thought I had tried everything to sort out problems with both my dogs. Sally's approach was a refreshing change. I now have a calm and controlled household.

Baker & Boo the Chihuahuas

Baker & Boo the Chihuahuas
So we have our third session shortly, and can’t wait for the next stage in our training. It’s got to be seen to be believed and just like having Caesar Milan in your home!

Eve the Whippet

She suffered from quite severe anxiety when left alone for any period of time, destroying her bedding, blankets, and soiling everywhere, including in her crate. From the first contact with Sally it was obvious that she understood exactly what our dog needed.

Buddy the Staffie

Buddy the Staffie
We have already had 'training' for his problems with no effect and were at our wits' end.

Archie the Cocker Spaniel

Archie the Cocker Spaniel
Our beautiful little Cocker is now well on his way to becoming another dog we can proudly take out into the outside world!

Riley the German Shepherd

Riley the German Shepherd
UPDATE: After just a few sessions with Sally what a difference this has made to our lives. Our German Shepherd now has a Pack Leader - me!

Cariad the Spoodle

Cariad the Spoodle
Probably the major thing for me to accept from that first session was that Cariad was a dog and shouldn't be demeaned by treating her as a human (eat your heart out famous pet supermarkets) and with that came my elevation to pack leader.

Mikey the Greyhound

Mikey the Greyhound
Several weeks ago, myself and my recently rescued Greyhound, Mikey, had been attacked on a walk. Mikey was terribly injured and his lack of confidence on walks (and mine!) combined with the traumatic experience prompted me to seek out the right help for us.

Poppy the Boxer

Poppy the Boxer
UPDATE: So for the second session with Sally I thought there was no way we could move forward much, how wrong I was.

Cooper the Labradoodle

Cooper the Labradoodle
If only we knew how important it is to get this right from day one before bad habits form. We are now on the road to recovery and making good progress to having a well behaved dog and happy owners.

Benji the Collie

Benji the Collie
UPDATE: We have just had our 3rd session with Sally for Benji, over a period of 4 weeks and feel we have made a huge amount of progress. Sally has taught us how to be the leaders in our house, where the work to rehabilitate really starts.

Tilly the Jack Russell

Tilly the Jack Russell
She has given us hope that we will be able to save Tilly and have a lovely, obedient dog who only wants to please us at the end of it all, although it will be a long road ahead.
