Billy and Macey the Pointers

Update: Billy and I have been out every day past walkers, joggers, cyclists and other dogs and no interest taken by Billy with any of these distractions.

Thanks again for making my life so much easier. Macey and I have been out every day aswell, she goes off the lead in all the safe places and does not wander off. So another testamonial for your wepage, excellent training!

What can we say about Sally – she has changed our lives – mine in particular.

We have two pointer cross breed rescue dogs. Billy (age 4ish) has made me a nervous wreck, he barks at people, dogs and anything that moves, he drags me along for a walk and he charges around the perimeter of our house barking and snarling at anyone that dares to pass by. Then came Macey (age 1) she now copies everything he does! We took them to other trainers and nothing worked for us.

One of the great things about Sally is she does not make you feel stupid – I have felt like that with other trainers – I know I am the problem I was actually afraid to take Billy out for a walk. Sally arranged to come to our home to see the dogs in their own environment. It was brilliant to learn that we are not alone a lot of owners have these same problems and she said she could help us.

Here we are six weeks on and the transformation has been incredible! Billy and Macey will now walk by my side on the lead, we can actually have Macey off the lead and she will still stay beside us. The biggest transformation of all has been me, I now feel confident to walk Billy and know that I CAN control him. We have learnt that we are the pack leaders and as a result of that the dogs are calmer both in and out of the house. I cannot praise Sally enough for her patience and understanding of dogs and people. I would recommend Sally to everybody she has given us back our lives and we can now enjoy walks with our dogs that we could not have taken before.
