Frank the Border Collie

The afternoon you spent with us and our dog (Frank) were very insightful. You certainly opened our eyes as to Frank's view point. It quickly enlightened us as to the root of our issues. Within minutes of your arrival, we saw how your techniques can work. 

Since you left, we have made some significant progress and Franks issue of jumping at anything and everything on walks has almost come to an end. We still have a long way to go, but we are very happy with the progress we are making.
